Smart & Cook has appointed two new branch directors. Keith Holmes hasbeen put in charge of the broker's new Scarborough branch. He will be
responsible for managing a team of 23. Neil Thornton has been appointed
branch director at the group's head office in Harrogate. He previously
headed the group's Scarborough operation.
