Solihull-based software house Sirius Financial Solutions saw profits climb 22% in the financial year ending 2006. Group turnover climbed to £23.7m, up 9% over £21.8m in 2005. Operating profit was up 22% to £2.5m, from £2m in 2005, although pre-tax profits were £340 229 in 2005 after exceptional costs. Pre-tax profits last year were £2.4m and a Sirius spokesman said there were "minimal exceptional costs".
