Phil Austin has transferred to the European life, accident and health business of Cigna HealthCare to take up the role of esales and distribution director. Austin has 17 years' experience in the healthcare industry, working previously with Axa PPP Healthcare, Motivano and Denplan. Meanwhile, Claire Reid has been appointed as the new UK head of business development. Reid joined the firm in 1998.
