Wellington Underwriting has recruited a three-man team to head a new
commercial lines operation, as part of its plans to step-up activities in
the UK market.


The insurer will focus on property and commercial packages, with business
being sourced from national, local and specialist brokers. The businesses
within the target range are likely to have less than 200 staff.


The team is being headed up by Peter Hollingdale, supported by Russell
Griffiths and Clive Edwards. All three have joined from
