Marsh has made five appointments within its UK public sector practice. Dave Fleetwood joins as a non-executive director. Stephen Halsall and Gareth Waite have taken on responsibilities for client service and practice leadership. Halsall is promoted to regional client service director. Waite will take over aspects of operational management for the public sector practice. Alex Sawers, who is based in Glasgow, moves from a client advisory to a client executive role. Neil Reid joins as client
