Personal lines insurers in Europe must move to a multi-channel
distribution strategy in order to maintain profitability, according to a
new report by Datamonitor. The insurance analyst says that there is a
growing move across Europe to multi-channel distribution. However, the
report highlights that this trend is not being experienced in Austria,
Germany and Italy. Datamonitor claims that both tele-insurers and banks
will benefit the most from this shift to multi-channels although it
concludes that
