Royal & SunAlliance has teamed up with Willis Corroon to provide what
it is billing as "ground-breaking" after-the-event legal expenses
insurance.


Pursuit has been designed so that no premium is payable up front and, as
with no win, no fee arrangements, the sum is only paid if the client wins
their case. If they lose, the policy picks up all the client's adverse
costs and the majority of the solicitor's costs and disbursements.
