The arrangement was implemented at the beginning of this month.
Lloyd's Syndicate 839, David Marshall & Others, which is managed by
Chartwell, previously held the lead underwriting position, but will now
focus on Chartwell's professional liability account. It will also continue
to write regional general liability for Chartwell as a follow
