AA Insurance's managing director Kevin Sinclair announced his resignation after the completion of the merger of AA and Saga. Sinclair's role will be superseded by the newly created positions of chief executive of the insurance roadside division, held by Saga's Andrew Strong, and chairman of the insurance division, held by former Acromas chief executive Andrew Goodsell.
