The Financial Services Authority has revealed how it intends to
overhaul the regulation of the insurance industry.


The future regulation of insurance: a progress report was put together by
John Tiner, managing director of consumer, investment and insurance at the
FSA. It outlines how the FSA has re-organised its insurance regulatory
activities over the last 12 months, and details how it intends to
implement a challenging relationship with firms in future.
