A team of five has defected from Layton Blackham Group to set up anew firm called Alliance Insurance Management.
The new broker, is based in London and will transact corporate risk
business, focusing on niche areas such as the food industry, technology,
clothing and some industrial risks.
The five have taken some of their former employer's clients with them, but
have agreed to place a proportion of the business through Layton Blackam's
commercial lines, Elite facility.
