Northern intermediary chain Arnott Insurance is set to become one ofthe biggest personal lines intermediaries in the UK with the surprise news
that it is buying Century Insurance Centres.
At the time of going to press, due diligence was still being completed and
a spokesman for Arnott said the deal is likely to be completed some time
this month.
The acquisition is being led by Arnott's chairman Brooks Mileson. The
