Cigna Healthcare has launched a new service for employers thatprovides practical help, medical advice and support for staff coping with
medical problems. The absence management service is designed to help
employees regain their health and fitness and includes advice to employers
on developing processes and policies to manage absence. Cigna will provide
employees with their own medically-qualified case manager to ensure early
and effective diagnosis.
