West country broking alliance Westinsure Anada plc has acquired thebusiness of two Swindon-based general insurance brokers, Brunsdon
(Swindon) and Frilsons Insurance Brokers. The acquisitions are Westinsure
Anada's first since becoming a plc in July.
Frilsons will be merged with Brunsdon, and the new company will trade as
Brunsdon Westinsure. Westinsure Anada would not comment on possible staff
cuts.
Westinsure Anada has five members and is equally owned by each member.
It was formed in February
