Argyll Insurance Group has acquired Pharon Insurance Brokers. Pharonwill continue to operate from its Kent office with founder Ron Woodwood
staying on to manage the existing staff. Mr Woodwood said: "With the
changing nature of the insurance market and less choice for policyholders,
it is becoming increasingly difficult for the smaller broker to maintain a
high quality, personal service. Our clients can now benefit from extra
support as well as retaining the service to which they are accustomed."
