Peninsula, the employment law firm, is expanding its insurance brokerarm. Peninsula offers companies risk management advice on employee issues,
giving brokers a percentage of clients' fees in return for
recommendations.
Peter Done, managing director, said: "The need is there: employment
legislation is coming in thick and fast. There have been at least 40 new
pieces in the last two years."
