Belfast-based financial services company Open + Direct has acquiredits fourth insurance broker. It has bought WG O'Kane Insurance Brokers,
and its independent financial advisory subsidiary WG O'Kane Life and
Pensions for an undisclosed sum. The business' 28 staff will be retained,
including company directors Seamus Mullan, Kieran Farran and Tom Leonard.
The business has three offices in north-west Ireland.
