Bristol-based broker the Jelf Group has acquired brokers Cherwell Insurance Management. The Oxfordshire-based company controls £4.5m of gross written premium, of which 90% is commercial.
Mark Ace, partner at Cherwell, said: "We wanted to secure the long term future of the business. This will give us the opportunity to offer more products to our clients."
All 11 staff will remain as will its name. A Jelf statement said: "The team in Hanborough (Cherwell) will work closely with the Jelf Group's
