Ken Wallace, Norwich Union intermediary director, hinted theInstitute of Insurance Brokers is losing its voice in the new regulatory
environment.
Mr Wallace said: "Norwich Union is playing a lead role as the industry
moves into a regulatory environment. I am in full discussions with the
British Insurance Brokers' Association and the discussions I have with the
IIB are not so frequent or as in-depth. I have to say the majority of my
ongoing discussion will be with BIBA."
