Bradstock Group has made Alan Williams executive chairman. Inaddition, Eddie McGrath retires as non-executive chairman and will become
an executive director. Richard Cooper has been appointed as a new
executive finance director to succeed David Young. Mr Cooper was
previously chief financial officer, UK, of Fidelity Brokerage Services and
group finance director of Pet Plan Group.
