London-based financial firm Layton Blackham has acquired Worcester-based broker Cox Hepburn Insurance Services. Cox Hepburn will become the West Midlands Regional Centre for Layton Blackham Insurance Brokers.
Cox Hepburn was a member of the Willis Commercial Network and has £10m of gross written premium of which 90% is commercial, including a large property book. Chris Blackham, chairman and chief executive of Layton Blackham, told Professionl Broking: "This is a miniature version of Layton
