The winner of the Francis Perkins award, named after the first chairman of Biba, was presented to John Miller of Bluefin. The award gives recognition to Biba members who give their time and energy to further the association's efforts. Miller, from Biba's central region, has been a member for 16 years. Meanwhile, Neil Grimshaw of Ravenhall Risk Solutions won the Young Broker of the Year. Jody Thirkell of Romero and Zoe Travetti of Higos were fellow finalists.
