Chris Withers steps into head of schemes role at Macbeth

Macbeth has recruited ex-Ecclesiastical leader Chris Withers for the newly created head of schemes and market placement role, to support the next phase of the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

He will lead Macbeth’s insurer placement and schemes strategy, strengthening relationships with insurer partners, identifying new scheme opportunities, and securing placement solutions that deliver “exceptional outcomes” for clients.

The Top 100 Broker claimed the position will be central to enhancing its market proposition and supporting the continued expansion of its specialist insurance offering.
