Market moves: Picking up the pace
Recruitment activity is picking up again after a slow summer and there has been no shortage of people moves reported by brokers and insurers in the last month
On the broking side Lark and Aston Scott finalised its new management team following the merger of the two firms (see box), while Willis Towers Watson and Integro Insurance Brokers also made new hires.
In addition, Welsh brokers Thomas Carroll Group and Moorhouse Group recruited new employees. Anthony Jones Insurance Brokers, Kingsbridge Group and H&H Insurance Brokers were also in the headlines.
Insurers and MGAs have kept similarly busy, with ERS appointing Martin Hall, formerly of Pen
