Fast and flexible policy changes ‘business-critical’ for commercial motor brokers
Over 80% of brokers described the ability to complete MTAs quickly and accurately as 'business-critical' when dealing with commercial motor fleet policies, more than double on late 2024, according to broker research by Direct Commercial.
This compares with previous Direct Commercial Broker Barometer research conducted in late 2024 in which just 37% of brokers used the same words to describe policy flexibility.
