JMG-owned Grosvenor recruits new MD from Gallagher
JMG has recruited Ian Muldowney as managing director of Chester-based broker Grosvenor Insurance, aiming to become the “broker of choice” in Cheshire.
Established by Andy Piggott and Phil Beesley in 2013, Grosvenor provides specialist insurance solutions to commercial and private clients.
It was acquired by JMG Group in October 2024, and Piggott continues to play an active client-focused role in the business, the consolidator observed.
Bringing over 20 years’ experience to the role, according to LinkedIn Muldowney, pictured, was most recently deputy managing director – Sale, at Gallagher.
Prior to taking up that post in January 2025, Muldowney
