Brown & Brown UK launches retail graduate programme
Brown & Brown UK has launched a retail graduate programme starting with 16 participants.
The broker detailed the rollout has been designed to develop the next generation of insurance professionals.
The cohort, chosen after a three-stage recruitment process, will join Brown & Brown in six regions. The graduates will start their placements this month across offices in Yorkshire, the North West, the South West, Leicester, Belfast and the South East.
The scheme is a three-year rotational programme offering experience spanning account handling, broking, claims, sales and placement.
