CFC extends business interruption indemnity period on cyber product

CFC has updated its cyber proactive response product, introducing new personal protections for senior executives, enhanced affirmative AI coverage, and an extended indemnity period for business interruption claims.

CPR now includes an extended indemnity period from 12 to 18 months, which CFC claimed reflects the reality that many business interruption losses continue long after systems have been restored.
