MGA teams with Irwell for first financial lines product
Instant Underwriting has deepened its partnership with Irwell Insurance to launch a professional indemnity product into the UK market, its first financial lines offering.
The commercial managing general agent was formed in 2018, distributing exclusively through brokers. It has grown to 15 product lines, backed by the likes of Accelerant, Irwell, Convex and Arag.
The new policy can cover a “wide range of professions”, the MGA claimed, listing architects and engineers, design and construction, non-RICS property professionals, non-chartered accountants and miscellaneous trades.
