Verlingue buys Corpad Employee Benefits
Verlingue has continued its employee benefits push with its latest acquisition.
The Top 100 UK broker has bought Corpad Employee Benefits, following on from snapping up EBCam in December 2025 which, as revealed by Insurance Age, cost just over £8.5m. Verlingue also previously purchased Gloucester-based Brunsdon Employee Benefits in 2023.
Corpad is a national employee benefits consultancy and according to the new owner brings “shared values and a commitment to helping clients achieve more from their benefits programmes”.
