JMG adds two to leadership team
JMG has appointed Phil O’Toole as chief financial officer and Lisa Tucker as general counsel, both based in the group’s London office.
The ever-acquisitive Top 100 UK Broker noted the pair bring “significant expertise in scaling ambitious, private equity-backed businesses through acquisition, integration and operational development”.
Leeds-headquartered JMG is backed by PE houses GTCR and Synova, with the broker’s leadership team also holding a stake. It currently tops the table in Insurance Age’s M&A listing for 2026 with six deals, a spot it also held in the 2025 and 2024 editions.
