One Call returns to growth in 2025 but operating profits slip again

Doncaster-based One Call Insurance Services returned to turnover growth in 2025, expanding by just over £6m to £65.29m.

The result at the car, van and home insurance specialist effectively cancelled out the shrinking in 2024, when turnover dropped by almost the same amount to £59.26m.

A filing at Companies House revealed however that the operating profit at the Top 100 UK broker continued to fall, by 16.7% to £19.14m.

It had stood at £29.96m in 2023, declining to £22.98m in 2024.

The document showed headcount at the firm grew by 40 people to 466 employees.
