Top 100 Broker brings in CEO from Post Office Insurance
Hood Group has recruited Paul Paddock as CEO, succeeding Simon Hood, who stepped down from the role last year.
Paddock, pictured, has spent almost nine years at Post Office Insurance, where he was most recently interim CEO.
Prior to this, he was deputy CEO and director of product and pricing.
Before joining Post Office Insurance, Paddock spent ten years at Holiday Extras, holding senior roles across insurance, product and pricing, including head of insurance.
