FCA opens GI consultation to reduce reporting burden

The Financial Conduct Authority has opened a consultation on minor changes to reduce the reporting burden on general insurance firms.

Applying to general insurance firms that report value measures data, it will include insurers, intermediaries and managing agents.

It will also be relevant to other stakeholders such as trade bodies, consumer organisations, research companies and price comparison websites, the regulator listed.
