PIB revenue flat in 2025 as UK deal costs revealed
PIB Group has posted flat revenue and a drop in Ebitdae on a pro-forma basis for 2025, as the international firm revealed acquisition costs in the year sales talks with Gallagher came to an abrupt end.
Pro-forma net revenue was down marginally, by 0.4%, to £570.4m. Within this, the organic revenue fell 3.4% to £487.7m as deals brought in £82.7m.
The firm noted the organic decline was due to softening rates but was partially offset by increased policy count. PIB also flagged the inorganic growth was hit by the “weakening rate and price environment across a number of product lines and geographies, which continued to weigh on top-line performance”.
