Gallagher adds NED to UK boardDavid Rush has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Arthur J Gallagher.
In the role Rush will become the chair of the audit committee, subject to regulatory approval. He will replace Jamie Drummond-Smith, who will be standing down as a NED in February 2026, having served 12 years with the business.
