Aviva pledges more than £4m to Citizens Advice

fund-growth

Aviva has renewed its multi-year partnership with Citizens Advice, pledging more than £4m to the charity, following its two-year investment in 2022.

Over the next three years Aviva’s funding will support the charity to develop a dedicated customer referral service for Aviva’s UK customers in need of additional advice, which will be provided on a free, confidential, and impartial basis.

It will also fund staff across the UK to meet the increasing demand for financial support and debt advice. It looks to improve client experience and adviser productivity by transforming the way the charity delivers online advice using new technology.
