Jacqui Kelly, interim head of sales and distribution at Zurich

Jacqui Kelly was the architect behind Zurich’s new Club Blue proposition that offers a wide range of broker support. Appointed interim sales and distribution director last month, she tells Insurance Age how Zurich’s ‘winning culture’ will sway brokers.

Jacqui Kelly has landed one of the biggest roles within an insurer.

As head of sales and distribution, she will play a vital part in boosting Zurich’s growth in the UK.

Kelly is also keenly aware that Zurich must give brokers, fed up with declining standards of insurer treatment since the pandemic, quality service.

“The ambition for me is to be the chosen insurer across distribution,” she says.
