SJL Insurance Services launches new academy

SJL Academy

SJL Insurance Services has ambitions to widen its talent pool with the launch of SJL Academy and has given jobs to 10 people living in or near Worcester.

The broker detailed that SJL Academy will put new employees, who have zero insurance experience, through a training programme at the start of their new jobs.

The 10 new members of staff to join the academy, started working for SJL on 20 September and are currently being put through a three-week intensive classroom based training programme at SJL’s headquarters in Worcester.
