Insurance Industry Steps Up for Dementia

This autumn, the insurance industry is coming together again to help fight dementia with the ‘Step Up for Dementia’ Challenge. Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) has launched the fundraising initiative to unite the industry in the build up to this year’s Insurance Day of Giving.

Senior figures from across the industry have signed up with their colleagues, families and pets to walk at least 10,000 steps a day for the whole of September.

Leading lights of the industry, all the board members of the IUAD campaign have signed up and started fundraising: Chris Wallace (QBE), Richard Dudley (Aon), Barbara Schonhofer (Schonhofer), Simon Beale (Mitsui Sumitomo), Benedict Burke (Crawford & Company), Paul Jack (Lockton), Sian Fisher (CII), Hayley Robinson (Zurich), Jo Coles
