Gallagher and Aston Scott agree out of court settlement
Case had centered on accusations of Aston Scott and Peter Blanc poaching Duncan Rogers from Gallagher.
Arthur J Gallagher and Aston Scott have reached an out of court settlement to end their legal battle.
On Tuesday 20 September at the High Court, Queen's Bench Division in London, Arthur J Gallagher sought an interim injunction to stop Duncan Rogers from working at Aston Scott's Colchester office. He had joined two months before.
Rogers had previously worked at Gallagher's Feering office in Essex.
The broking giant accused Aston Scott and group CEO Peter Blanc of unlawfully poaching Rogers.
