SSP admits some restoration promises were "premature"

Software company remains silent on timeline for bringing all users back online.

SSP has issued another update to users affected by the power outage back on 26 August explaining the process and order for resuming services.

The further report, seen by Insurance Age, was issued to customers yesterday (6 September) evening.

It confirmed that some customers now had live operation functionality with more set to be restored today.

Complexity
The business stated that the order of implementation was partly driven by the scale and complexity of the individual customer's system.
