Vibhu Sharma to leave Zurich
Conor Brennan has been appointed the head of UK general insurance for the insurer.
Vibhu Sharma, current head of UK general insurance at Zurich is to leave the business after just over a year in post.
Conor Brennan, currently CEO of Zurich's GI business in Ireland, is set to take up the role at the end of July.
Zurich stated that Brennan, who has been with the provider since 2008, and newly-appointed head of Zurich's UK Life business Anne Torry, will report to Gary Shaughnessy.
Shaughnessy will take on the position of interim CEO for the combined UK life and general insurance
