Biba 2016: Return to Manchester for 2017 confirmed

Event to take place on 10 and 11 May.

The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) 2017 conference and exhibition will be held at Manchester Central from Wednesday 10 to Thursday 11 May.

The news was confirmed by Kirsty Wark, BBC Broadcaster, and host of this year's event.

The decision means it will be the fourth consecutive conference held in Manchester since the event at the Excel in London in 2013.

Biba 2024: FCA to take its time on transparency proposals

Emily Shepperd, chief operating officer of the Financial Conduct Authority, has said the regulator was “overwhelmed” at the response and amount of feedback to its transparency proposals, and that it is going to “really take our time” when considering any possible next steps.
