Compass MBO plans confirmed
Management buyout on the cards as Compass is in active talks with “wholly supportive” Arthur J Gallagher.
Arthur J Gallagher has confirmed that it is in talks with Compass about a potential management buyout (MBO).
The network is aiming for an MBO as it believes independence will help it to grow.
Gallagher international chief, Grahame Chilton, advised that the broker was "wholly supportive" of the aims.
