Bruce and GRP defend Bluefin claims
Defendants submit counter claim following injunction which barred GRP from hiring Bluefin staff.
Mike Bruce and Global Risk Partners (GRP) have responded to claims made in court by Bruce's former employer, Bluefin.
News of the court case broker on 11 February this year and Bluefin's claims, which included the allegation that former CEO Mike Bruce - now CEO for retail broking at GRP - was recruiting Bluefin branch managers who were in turn acting as recruiting sergeants and facilitating a "team move".
Bluefin said the behaviour of Bruce went against the covenants of his service agreement.
