Market moves: Starting with a bang
Brokers and insurers have started the year off with a bang – or for many at least a fresh challenge in the shape of a new job.
Insurers have been particularly busy lately, with Aviva and AIG making changes to their top layers and RSA and Covéa hiring new employees. In addition, HCC has hired a new liability underwriter and ERS added two staff on the claims side. Brokers have been relatively quiet during the past month, perhaps saving their energy for future activities.
