Axa launches residential landlord policy
New policy offers building cover up to £1m.
Axa has launched a new personal lines residential landlord policy to complement its existing buy to let product.
The insurer detailed that Axa Residential Let had been designed for property owners who do not require the levels of cover provided by its existing landlord product.
The provider listed key features of the product as including buildings cover of up to £1m and rent or alternative accommodation cover of up to £200,000.
In addition the policy provides cover of up to £5,000 for theft
