Bought By Many will use its technology platform to create quote-and-buy process for pet insurance.
Bought By Many has acquired all of the shares of broker Brooks Braithwaite (Sussex)* which provides insurance for pets and pet business.
The UK start-up, which uses social media to disrupt the insurance industry, said the deal has received regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.
Brooks Braithwaite (Sussex)'s Exotic Direct business is the UK's leading provider of pet insurance for birds, mammals and reptiles according to Bought By Many.
