Ex-Towergate deals-chief Maciver joins Cullum-backed GRP

Kenny Maciver to work on mergers and acquisitions at Global Risk Partners.

Kenny Maciver, a founding shareholder at Towergate and former mergers and acquisitions director at the consolidator, has teamed up once again with Peter Cullum.

According to his LinkedIn page, Maciver joined Cullum-backed Global Risk Partners (GRP) this month to work on mergers and acquisitions.

He has been employed on a part-time basis working three days a week.

At Towergate he worked on over 150 deals in a 10 year span stretching from 2000 to 2010.
